The Sunday Art Show - En Plein Air Drawing - Stay Sharpie Street Scene Sketching

This week, I'm back in the car for a quick bit of sketching using a Sharpie marker and some mixed media paper . Parked at the side of the road in the village of Alphington near Exeter, I create a drawing of the street scene. Working from life and inspired by the presence of the fish and chip van (Scoffers) this picture features several parked cars, houses trees and a handful of pedestrians including a dog walker. Great fun taking this little breaks in the day to do some en plein air (almost!) drawing with simple materials. You can see the high resolution version here
